Stephanie Goetz is a high-performance aviator whose career reflects both technical mastery and inspirational leadership in aviation. A professional pilot with more than 3,200 flight hours and five jet type ratings, she has flown advanced aircraft including the Bombardier Global 6000 for the world’s largest private jet operator, NetJets. Stephanie is also a flight instructor, competition aerobatic pilot and airshow performer who flies the iconic L-39 Albatros military trainer jet. As president and one of the pilots of the internationally recognized Pink Jet, she performs at airshows across North America and appearances worldwide to promote breast cancer awareness, support survivors and inspiring young women to pursue careers in aviation and aerospace. Recognized as an NBAA Top 40 Under 40 professional in business aviation, Stephanie’s journey from broadcast journalist to elite jet pilot demonstrates the power of perseverance, passion for flight and a relentless commitment to helping others reach new heights. In addition to her aviation career, Stephanie works with leaders and teams to perform under pressure, communicate with clarity, and lead with confidence in high-stakes environments.
