Aviation Sisterhood Retreat is an intimate one-day mentorship and community experience in Las Vegas hosted by Stephanie Goetz a.k.a. JetGirlStephanie. Designed for a small group of women who love aviation and want to grow personally and professionally, the day will offer direct mentorship, candid career and life insights and meaningful time with one of aviation’s most dynamic female pilots — along with access to the airplanes, experiences and world she has built throughout her career.

This remarkable day is also about bringing together an incredible group of women who want to learn from one another, build genuine relationships and champion each other along the way. The goal is to create the kind of aviation sisterhood where connections made in one day can continue long after everyone leaves Las Vegas.

Because the experience is intentionally small and the women in the room are such an important part of what will make it special, participation is by application. No particular level of aviation experience is required. What’s most important is a genuine love of aviation, a desire to learn and connect and a commitment to building other women up.
